PSC-210 State/Local Politics

This course acquaints students with the structures and functions of state and local governance in the United States with special emphasis on fiscal and social policy. It includes an analysis of political organization, state constitutions, and intergovernmental dynamics. This course meets the General Education requirement for Community and Cultural Contexts.
Prerequisites Grade of C or higher in ESL-098  or RDG-095  and a grade of C or higher in ENG-095 ; or a grade of C or higher in ELL-103  or placement.
