HSV-216 Pre-Practicum Prep With Field Experience

This course is designed to provide an orientation to practicum experiences in the human services program. Students will review the process for setting up a placement, understanding professional requirements for an interview, and complete a series of critical thinking and reflective assignments. A placement experience in a human service agency is required by the course following a CORI background check. A grade of B or higher is required in this course to allow for enrollment in further practicum coursework in the program.
Prerequisites ENG-111 .
Pre/Corequisites HSV-101 , HSV-112 , PSY-215  and PSY-224 .
