CRJ-202 Evidence and Ct Procedures

This course examines the structure, organization, and procedures of the American Criminal Court system. The course focuses on case analysis to understand the aspect of criminal prosecution and the role of the key actors in the court. The course addresses concepts of legal analysis and the prospects of reform of the Criminal Court system.
Prerequisites Grade of C or better in ENG-111 , CRJ-101 , and CRJ-103 , or instructor approval.
