BUS-207 Professional Communication

This course gives students a comprehensive understanding of the use and importance of effective communication in business. Students study types of written, oral, and electronic communication and develop a variety of professional communication skills essential to success in business. The course also addresses ethical and cultural issues associated with business communications.
