PLG-105 Practical Legal Writing

This course is intended to be a continuation of Legal Research and Writing (PLG-102 ). The course provides students the opportunity to improve their writing skills for all aspects of working in a legal environment, including legal correspondence, legal memorandums, case briefs, and a variety of court documents. The course covers the structure and jurisdiction of the Federal and Massachusetts Court Systems.
