CRJ-219 Terrorism & Homeland Security This course will provide a theoretical and empirical understanding and explanation of terrorism as well as the motivation behind terrorist initiatives. A primary emphasis of the course is on identifying these common features both within and across terrorist organizations to better understand their motives, their objectives, and the methods used to achieve their objectives. It will identify and examine police and governmental responses to reduce or control the incidence of terrorism. Prerequisites Grade of C or better in ENG-111 , CRJ-101 , and CRJ-103 or permission of instructor. Gen. Ed. Course No Mass Transfer Course No Credits: 3
